The innovative devices for ophthalmological surgeries

DMEK Asymmetrical Injector

DMEK Asymmetrical Injector

DMEK Asymmetrical Injector

The patented material and geometrical features of the Asymmetrical Injector allow it to be used for both tri-folded (endo-in) and naturally folded DMEK grafts being implanted faster, easier, and safer. Just one device for all of your DMEK needs. Asymmetrical design controls graft orientation, which is critical for tri-folded DMEK grafts, with no need for a pull-through technique. Endothelial keratoplasty with the Asymmetrical Injector can be as fast as cataract surgery.

DMEK/DSEK Washing Guard

The patented material and geometrical features of the DMEK/DSEK Washing Guard device allow for fast and secure washing and/or staining of the DMEK or DSEK/DSAEK graft. It can be done in 10 seconds without the fear of the graft escaping from the injector/cartridge. The DMEK Guard device can be used with the most current available and prospective DMEK and DESEK/DSAEK injectors and cartridges.

Descemet stripping (automated) endothelial keratoplasty (DSEK/DSAEK) is still one of the most used techniques for corneal replacement therapy, especially for the complicated eye. Although many devices for the DSEK/DSAEK operation are available, they are complex and require pull-through technique. TissueGUARD utilizes its asymmetrical injector technology to provide a new standard device for DSEK and DSAEK grafts, making the operation faster, easier, and safer.

RPE and Retina graft Injector

RPE and Retina replacement therapies are promising techniques to treat and cure various retinal disorders, including Age-Related Macular Degeneration (AMD) and some forms of Retinitis Pigmentosa (RP) and Retinal Trauma. These therapies require innovative devices for the implantation of the graft, which are currently developed at TissueGUARD.
